I, the undersigned, apply for a statement of charges or warrant which may lead to the arrest of the above named Defendant because on or about 10/19/05 at 5508 Arapahoe Dr. Forest Heights, Prince George’s County MD , the above named Defendant assisted in pushing of the doors which caused me to lose my standing position – I know Ms. Beck since 1993 I was a former Council member, Ms. Beck is the Mayor for the Town presently.
