TO:     Residents of the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland

This letter is intended as an endorsement of your current Mayor, Paula R. Noble. As a former resident of the town of Forest Heights, I had the pleasure to serve on the Town Council as an elected member representing Ward I. I met Paula Noble when she was a Council Member representing Ward III, which she did in a professional and honest manner.

When the position of Mayor became unexpectedly vacant, there was no doubt in my mind who would be an excellent candidate to fill that position. By a majority vote of the Town Council, Paula Noble was designated to fill the remaining term as Mayor. Under her leadership the Town has flourished and elevated its status among other townships in Prince George's County.

Now it's your turn to show your confidence in her leadership by supporting her candidacy for the job as Mayor of the Town of Forest Heights. Don't assume, what I hope will be the obvious outcome, the election of Paula Noble as Mayor. Let her victory be a mandate of the vast majority.

Your vote is your political voice, let it be heard! Please, come out on Wednesday, May 11, 2005, and VOTE for Paula R. Noble for Mayor!
