ENACTED:


A resolution to appropriate sums and amounts for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005.


Section 1. The general purpose of the Resolution is to appropriate sums and amounts for the 2004-2005 Budget of the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland in the following areas of the General Fund:


Section 2. BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland that the sums and amounts are hereby appropriated for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005, to defray expenses and operations costs for the Town of Forest Heights as follows:

1/ Rate is 0.466 per $100 of assessed value.

2/ Reflects $500,000 from bond sale for street repair project.

3/ Includes Summer Youth Employment Program ($2,520)

4/ Includes Community Room Upgrade ($3,000) and furnace replacement ($4,760)
