RESOLUTION 13-04

A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BRIDGETT MOCK & ASSOCIATES P.A. TO

PERFORM THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 AUDIT FOR THE TOWN OF

FOREST HEIGHTS

Introduced by: Ways & Means Committee

WHEREAS, the Town of Forest Heights currently does not have an auditor to perform the year ending June 30, 2004 audit; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Forest Heights needs a firm with a strong background and experience in financial and compliance audits, which Bridgett Mock & Associates P.A firm has performed for several municipalities;

WHEREAS, the Town of Forest Heights budget for FY 2005, appropriates funds for the Town Audit;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland hereby agree to accept Bridgett Mock & Associates P.A. to perform the financial and compliance audit for the year ending June 30, 2004, at the cost of $8,250.00.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
