A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SELLING OF TWO (2) USED FOREST

HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENT MOTORCYCLES

Introduced by: Police Board Committee

WHEREAS, the Town of Forest Heights Police Department currently does not have the use of the two (2) old police motorcycles; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Forest Heights Police Department needs to sell the used motorcycles and use the funds to fully equip and properly outfit the two (2) new vehicles received in October 2004;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland hereby agree to approve the selling of the two (2) used police motorcycles for the Town of Forest Heights Police Department, at the highest prices obtainable.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect upon its passage.
